Terms of Service

Welcome to Willow & Fern. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website willowfern.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Willow & Fern is a homegrown brand offering premium cotton towels, bath rugs, beach towels and gift sets. Unless stated otherwise, all products sold on the Site are supplied by Willow & Fern directly. The terms "you", "your", "user" and "customer" refer to any person who visits the Site or purchases from us.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable Indian law.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

  • We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour, texture, weave and finish may occur due to the handmade and natural nature of our textiles and differences in screen displays. Such variations are not defects.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

4. Orders and payment

  • Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
  • If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Please review it before placing an order. Personalised, custom-branded and made-to-order items, including bulk and corporate orders, may not be eligible for return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including the Willow & Fern name and logo, text, graphics, product images, designs, layout and look and feel - is owned by or licensed to Willow & Fern and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or connected networks;
  • Introduce any virus, malicious code or harmful material;
  • Post reviews or content that are false, misleading, offensive, defamatory or infringe the rights of others;
  • Copy, scrape or harvest data or content from the Site without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Willow & Fern. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites, and accessing them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow & Fern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Willow & Fern and its team from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
