We ship Willow & Fern towels, bath rugs and beach towels right across India. Here’s what to expect.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight, so you always pay the exact courier rate with no hidden costs. You can also check the estimated rate on any product page or in your cart.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sales or peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster than remote or non-metro pin codes.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Delivery areas

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative.

Occasionally, factors beyond our control — weather, courier delays or regional restrictions — may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience, and we’re always happy to help track your order.
