Return & Refund Policy – Willow & Fern
At Willow & Fern, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted premium home textiles. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item was delivered in damaged or defective condition

You received an incorrect product

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
📌 Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Used or washed towels or bath rugs Products without original packaging or tags Items purchased under clearance or special sale (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
4. Return Process
If approved:

We may arrange reverse pickup (where serviceable).

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be requested to ship the product to our return address.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days Refund will be credited to the original payment method COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer (bank details required) Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery Share clear images and unboxing video (if possible) We will arrange replacement or full refund
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
